Opening Ammar al-Beik – ONE TO FREE

The opening of the exhibition “Ammar al-Beik – ONE TO FREE” was something very special. We’d like to thank everyone attending. Here are some impressions of the vernissage. Filmmaker Ammar al-Beik can be seen almost everywhere, translator Lamis Marianne Sires sang a Syrian song and Katja Blomberg gave a detailed introduction. Until the 5^th of Mai 2019, al-Beik shows impressive films of over 120 minute-length in the exhibition ONE TO FREE which are based on Syria before the civil war and during the confrontations, as well as on his time here in Berlin. We’d love if you came to visit again with enough time on your hands to fully experience the show.
