On a 90-minute tour, visitors get the chance, by means of an audio-guide, to get to know prominent villas around Lake Schlachtensee. From Hermann Muthesius’ famous house van Velsen, built in 1907, to Werner Aisslinger’s Loftcube of 2004 in the park at Haus am Waldsee, buildings by architects like Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Walter Gropius are part of the tour. Bicycles may also be rented at Haus am Waldsee for 5 Euro per 2 hours.
