On the occasion of DMY, design objects will be on display in the park at Haus am Waldsee. Fuchs & Funke, Metrofarm, Walter Musacchi and Daniel Weidler will introduce benches, tables, stools, chairs and birdhouses that are built to resist not only the weather. Moreover, Werner Aisslinger’s Loftcube is on display as well as a singing bench by Konrad Süßkow, Sven Averdiek and Pascal Wiedenmann that will be placed in the current exhibition of paintings and sculptures by Olav Christopher Jenssen.

Modern Architectural Guide

Haus am Waldsee is proud to present the first audio guide that leads visitors from the Waldsee to outstanding examples of modern architecture around Schlachtensee. For the first time, walkers and bikers have the opportunity to learn more about private villas in Zehlendorf built between 1907 and 1930 by Hermann Mutheius, Mies van der Rohe, Walter Gropius and others.
